SharePoint Designer Issue: Items are Indicates as Checked Out When It is not

Faced an strange issue in my SharePoint Designer 2013 when I was trying to Check in Some files. I had a SharePoint site exposed to Anonymous users and latest changes needed a publish. Not really sure where this issue caused and eventually I was not able to Check-In the files.

Restart of the Computer of SPD Did not help at all which finally turned me in to flushing WebSiteCache

Path is – C:\Users\manoj\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache

Flushing out this folder content and then restarting SPD leaded to an smooth operation of check-in in and out files without any issues.
